Overview
Mr. NOEUN Neng is a Legal Assistant at HML, having graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Phnom Penh International University, Cambodia. Prior to joining HML, Mr. Neng gained valuable experienced in both civil and criminal litigation, as well as a strong background in handling a wide range of legal matters, including legal case summary, draft complaint and various agreements. He is equipped with strong skills in legal research, updating case information, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case preparation, with particular focus on following up with court processes. Additionally, Mr. Neng has attended various legal short courses on Civil Code, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Code, and Criminal Procedure Code of the Kingdom of Cambodia, organized by both local and international organizations. His educational background has provided him with a solid understanding of Cambodia law and enable him to contribute effectively to a dynamic legal team while continuing to expand his practical expertise in legal field.
His areas of practice include civil and criminal litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
