Overview

Mr. KEA Putry is a Senior Legal Advisor at HML. He has notorious expertise in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He also specializes in business licensing, real estate, investment and construction, corporate & commercial, contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation.

With a demi-decade of legal experiences in the judiciary, Phnom Penh Court of First Instance, and with a well-known law firm in Cambodia, HML Law Group & Consultants, he has deeply acquired knowledge and know-how in dealing with numerous complicated cases both locally and internationally. Throughout the aforementioned experiences and practices, he has produced remarkable success, including case worth of millions US Dollar for clients. Meeting the client’s needs is his core value.

Prior to working at HML, he obtained legal working practices at a leading Law Firm in Japan during pursuing his LL.M. Young Leader’s Program Scholarship (YLP). In addition, he also earned legal practice at the Phnom Penh Court of First Instance and obtained international and local commercial skills and practice at the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Mr. Putry, through his scholarships being awarded domestically and globally, holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Cambodia (UC) in Cambodia, an EU-DP Diploma as well as a Master of Laws from Kyushu University in Japan. Last but not least, he also attended and successfully completed various short courses from national and internal organizations.
