Overview
Mr. LAOV Thy is a Legal Assistant at HML. He is dynamic and enthusiastic. Within his post, he offers indispensable support to the team by assisting legal updates, research, analysis and drafts of certain legal documents in relation to Civil and Criminal litigation. During his academic years, he joined many legal short courses focusing on the Civil Code of Cambodia and participated in many social charity events.
His areas of expertise include civil and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution in commercial law.
